Directions/maps of how to get to the university as well as a campus map showing the location of Darwin College can be downloaded at http://www.kent.ac.uk/maps/ Times: 7.30pm Drinks Reception (CD background music), 8pm dinner (CD background music), over coffee (somewhere around 9-9.30pm) there will be a short award ceremony (only 2 awards) so music needs to go off. After awards the band can start, play to midnight (with breaks).Midnight is a very fixed cut off time as there are bedrooms in Darwin College so any encore/final numbers must end at midnight. If the weather is good the drinks reception will be outside (therefore no need for background music) but obviously this will not be decided until a couple of hours beforehand.
